Ours has just run out on the Yaris we purchased 3 years ago. Given how easy it is to right one off in an accident, because of all the crumple zones / air bags etc, it would certainly be a good idea. Of couse it only covers what you paid. It is not replacement as new. So if the Government removed the subsidy you would still be £4,500 short.

I’d like to pass on a tip given to me many years short by a wise man.
It goes like this - life is much less stressful if we give others the freedom to live their own lives in the way they choose, to let them make their own decisions and their own mistakes, to let them live by their own free will without influence or criticism from us.
Know what? It’s absolutely true. We get ourselves stressed by concerning ourselves with the actions of others but, if we relax and allow them freedom, then our stress diminishes accordingly.

I missed this the other day.
Malcolm, I am puzzled as to why you are not using one of the other CLs in the area instead of all this commuting.
I seem to remember, having checked when planning a trip last year, that there are at least 2 or 3 open all year ones closer to your work than Gatwick, some even have hard standings.

Genuinely interested as it is an area we may visit this year and would be looking to use CLs
Malcolm may have some local info that could be useful.
We ruled out the fruit farm one as it is all grass, but some do claim to have HS, but then a HS comes in many variations, and not all CLs have photographs.

My tip was just a tip.
How strange that the posters who constantly try to sort Malc out are the very ones to reply. I guess you see something of yourselves in those words.

How strange that you don't practice your own tip then?
Of course, this is just my tip

, which I'm now drinking before it goes off
, then booked the M/H in for its MOT ,service and clutch at the end of February, ready for Devon in March
