Besides your need to reduce file size to a max of 500 kB, you also need to resize to no more than 500 pixels wide so when the thumbnail is clicked on, the full photo will appear in the new window.

I resized to less today and the thumbnail was quite small so I'll increase the pixels. If you left click on the new photos on here it will expand for a better view.

Yes, now you see the whole photo in the new box when you click on the thumbnail. (That was 460 pixels wide)

Thanks for the tip Dave - no more dogs, folks, that's a promise (for now!) wink

    I'm here!

Busy wrapping presents. I've been practising photos ad videos in the "how to . . " thread.

We haven't got our trees up yet. Planning to do those in the front bedrooms (four) tonight, then go for a real one for the hall tomorrow, then assemble the tall artificial one in the sitting room at the weekend.

Here's a photo (if it works) of the hall tree last year - before decoration.

Hmmm! - not too sure, I keep getting lost - but then I have rolled up to the wrong campsite before now.laughing

I guess it is a matter of trial and error and more importantly trying to remember what I did last time that was successful

Well,  I've  calmed  down  a  bit  now,  but  I  still  ain't  impressed  I  must  say.

Still  theres  worse  things  happen  at  sea,  or even  in  Spain  I  am  led  to  understand.

Chatting  on  fone  to  another  club member  holidaying  in  an  apartment  in  Fuengerola  or  some  such,  she  tells  me  the  weather  has  been  atrocious  down  there.  Horses  drowning  in  fields,  as  well  as  a  lady  trapped  in  a  cellar  bar  drowned  despite  standing  on  the  bar  itself,  and  several  hours  of  violent  thunder  storms  to  boot  !

Seems  like  we  have  exported  the  weather  we  had  in  Somerset,  Cumbria  etcetera  before  the  barriers  come  down.

Lets  see  how  many  times  this  will  repeat    Now  "REPLY"

    innocent  Pretend  thats  not  'innocent'  but  a  friendly  whistle  & 'Good  Boy,  have  a  Bonio'  { Other  dog  treats  are  available  but  may  not  be  as  well  liked  !  }

yes, seems a very quoet place now....all the posts are about hetting to grips with this latest 'forum', so not many willing (or able) to post the usual 'stuff' on here (now ive got bold text without trying.....)

so, altogether a much duller place.....might improve but i ca. see many losing patience with this.....all this extra button pressing to get around...

    nite all.....

So  Good  Night  everybody,  sleep  well.

Morning all.  I thought I would post something other than a gripe about the new CT forum.  We are off this morning to see our youngest grand-daughter in her school Christmas play.  She is an angel apparently - but then she always is to us.laughing

Morning to you Millie. We need to get back to enjoying the new CT. I think I've got the hang of it now and I'm sure the CC will be working to improve the site each day.

Hope you enjoy the school play.

I'm off to try out our new local Lidl this morning...how exciting is that!? wink
