    @Francis We have only been to Ayr once but its quite a good location and we were able to walk into the town and out to the sea front. The new toilet block looks like a modular construction which is probably a bit cheaper than conventional construction which does make sense given the possible circumstances of the lease?

    @DavidKlyne yes it’s a good site in a decent location the beach at Ayr is nice I did hear that they were trying to extend the lease to 50 years but not sure how long they got
