@Rowena you will be getting sick of these posts of mine!...I have spotted another anomaly today. When I select the posts indicated by the bell it is stating that there 25 new post in the "What are you up to today" post when in fact there has been only 4 new posts since my last one yesterday evening. I clear all notification each night so it is definitely not including those from previous days. Perhaps it is another glitch when using a kindle!?

@Rowena have you got any further with getting the old "Stickies" reinstated?
Another anomaly I think I have come across is that new entries in the "Goups" section do not appear to be highlighted as others do as per the "Recent Discussions". Is there a reason for this?

I know this may have covered before but I'm not wading through pages just to find out. For the first time I have realised that you can unlike a post if you've changed your mind or like it in error. I liked a post and the count increased but inadvertently hit the like button immediately afterwards and it took my like away. Not sure if there's a time limit.

@Rowena is there any progress in getting the correct date showing for new posts in this section, as, at least on my kindle, it is showing that the last post was made on Jan 2, 2025, which is obviously incorrect.

I have just posted a comment on "Reviews on the New Format" thread, about 10 minutes ago yet the post hasn't pushed that thread to most recent listing. I've refreshed my page but nothing yet it is showing on the the thread as posted. Why?
Is @Rowena there to answer queries at present?

It has still not appeared in the Recent Discussions and neither has the post I made a few minutes age, although I bet this one will show up almost instantaneously in this section, but with the wrong date, as that submitted at 7:24PM today @Wherenext has.

@Rowena - see the last 2 posts. There really is something amiss. I've just posted on the thread about Membership fees but it hasn't pushed the thread up in the order and also shows the last post as being mine but from yesterday, despite others posting afterwards.
If the latest threads are just going to languish where they already are then there is going to be a lack of members either replying to ones post or the post just being ignored completely, in which case why bother with the forum?
Edit after a few minutes. The "stuck date" of January 2 has finally gone but my post just now is showing as February 6, yesterday. It's not as if the system has the wrong day as it has shown todays time on other posts made today.

@nelliethehooker - don't think it's anything to do with a Kindle, nellie - I've noticed the same thing on both my iMac and MacBook. Been going on for some time now but I didn't bother to report it - just put up with it as a minor irritation. As you say - it's not right, though.
Another irritation @Rowena is that, although I've read a subject - when I go back to the main page, it's still highlighted in bold text.

@richardandros a strange thing has happened today as your post above now is showing as being from 6th February, just a day earlier the actual date, unless my calender is wrong!!
Still no word from @Rowena.
This post too has been credited with yesterday's date!!🤔

Edit: I have forwarded this post directly to @Rowena, so hopefully she will respond soon.... she may well still be waiting to hear from the developers/ tech experts...

Hi @richardandros @nelliethehooker @Wherenext I'm so sorry you've been experiencing issues. I have heard from the support team that it might be the kindle that is the root to the problem, @nelliethehooker I can email you what they have said. However as @richardandros said you are experiencing the same issue it doesn't seem that this is the case. Are you please able to screen grab what it's showing and the device and I will forward this back to them.

@Rowena - here is a screen shot of what I am talking about:
If you look at the thread "Reviews on the new format" - it is still highlighted in bold even though I have read it, plus it's still showing 13 new posts.
On the other hand - the one at the top "Welcome to the new Club Together Forum" reverted back to normal text after I read it - as you would expect.
It just isn't consistent. Not a major issue at all - just a bit baffling!
I'm using an iMac27 running OS Monterey and Chrome browser

@Rowena attached is a photo of the first three discussions which I think will show you what I mean. You will of course have my email address so can contact me thst way if it makes things easier. As you can see the last recorded post on the Welcome to the New Club Togerther Forum shows a date of 6th Feb when in fact there have been posts since then.
Edit As you can see I have just posted this but it showing at the moment the last post is by me, having posted it on the 6th February!!
