Yes that is the same for my team, season ticket holders get free games. Non season ticket holders can watch for £10 a game - which is better value than driving to away games!

Town have played three friendly matches so far.  Two mini games of 60 minutes each against the Blades, lost the first one 2-0 drew the second one 2-2.

Played Tuesday against Hull City and drew 2-2.

Played three 45 minute mini games against Middlesbrough yesterday, the results are like many transfer fees " undisclosed" although the report said they " impressed"

A massive six pointer up at the JSS on Saturday against Wigan Athletic, win and we're well on the way to safety, lose and we're in the doodoo.

Liverpool gave us a complete schooling, sent us back to Blackburn to lick our wounds..

have bought my ifollow ticket ready for the weekend, and also taken a picture of the whole family to add us as cardboard cutouts in the ground to help the club and its staff.

I watched the matches last evening. I watched the first half of the Villa game and tried the offering with crowd noise. It all seemed to be chants of "Villa Villa etc ad nauseum.

I watched the second half without crowd noise and thought it was much better.

As for the shambles viz a viz the Sheffield 'goal' I'm left wondering what VAR is actually for. I thought it was for correcting clear and obvious errors. Nit in that game🤡

Congrats to Barrow. Funny how things eventually come around. Voted out of the league 47 years ago, might be a year missing there, and voted back in all those years later.

My goodness you've a good  memory, it was in fact 48 yrs ago, in 1972, and it's taken them 2075 matches in the non-league pyramid to finally get there. They will be playing against one of your local teams, Tranmere Rovers once again.

It was a travesty when they were voted out, by the "old boys" network when they were not even bottom of the division. However this time they had a clear lead at the top of the National League, so deserved their promotion anyway.

In those days it was almost impossible to be voted out. I remember Rochdale were forever finishing bottom but never got kicked out. It was a travesty for the top team in the Non League.

Memory is only good for trivial things.laughing

Too true WN,  Crewe were regularly in the bottom bunch but, sad to say, they used the { Very } old boys network to great advantage and, despite the great changes over the last 50 / 60 years , they still do !

If my memory serves didn't the bottom team have to apply for re-election or some such wording. I wonder how much had to be put into brown envelopes 🤓

I could / would / should never say such things, Roger !surprised!! I think a good deal of back-scratching went on over many seasons not just at the fag end of one.  Many young players were 'fostered' at Crewe before the modern system of  'On loan' was even thought of !  The same applied to certain managers like Harry Catterick, Tony Waddington, Harry Gregg too.

Have any CT footy fans been watching the games on TV?

I really can’t get into it at all, seems really strange, empty grounds, fake crowd noise etc....

Not much choice at the moment, though, so will have to persevere. Just watching Bournemouth v Palace at the moment, time for a beer I think!

Watched the same game, Pliers  and defo not impressed !!

Spitting and nostril clearing still occurring, holding and shirt pulling too but commentators undersnapper cannot see anything wrong.

Perhaps they could have used the last few weeks to educate them in the laws of football and also common decency.

We could very well be playing the Alex next season after that shambles yesterday. I managed to watch the second half on the Telly, the SIL came over and connected his phone to the smart tv, technologically beyond me.

I wished I hadn't watched now the manager said after the game "we played poorly" a wag on the forum said no we weren't that good!

I don't think I will sleep much tonight.  I was watching the snooker from MKeynes this afternoon then swapped channels to see the Mersey side Derby match. Boring, boring, boring !!  and that was just the football, so much so that I dropped off to sleep.  I am just thankful that I have 30+ pages of books on my Kindle as well as three [3] Christmas present books to read !!

Well that's us doomed. Warnock is sure to get Middlesbrough out of the mire I was counting on them filling one of the relegation places.

In the meantime we've a trip to play the tricky tree men this weekend. At least it's on Sky so we won't have to gamble on ifollow managing to get their stream flowing.

I enjoyed watching Citeh sort the Clarets out last night. The look on the ginger whinger's face when VAR gave the penalty was priceless 😇

Yes, congrats to Liverpool, such a pity their fans haven’t been able to see the recent games.

My team, Man City are rumoured to be hoping to be allowed to open the stadium to a max of 5,000 people for the remainder of the season. They are stating that they can safely open the corporate entertainment / private boxes etc under the same conditions as apply to pubs and restaurants.

Can’t see that going down at all well with us “ordinary “ supporters. And with add nothing to the atmosphere in the ground.
    It’s all about money.....😱

Personally I think it would be great if the home team were allowed to let season ticket holders into the match. That way social distancing could be observed . Tough on the away team .. but that's life .🤔.
