I'm starting this thread again because it seems to have been a casualty of the change over to the new site. The Terriers scecured another away win last night at Burton. Two wins in a row now after a barren spell. It'll all go pear shaped on Friday when we go to Norwich because the game is to be televised , we haven't won on the telly for ages.

I  think  that's  the  best  thing  to  do  with  this  thread ,  Papgeno  !

Sadly,  I'd  rather  not  be  associated  with  it  any  more !

That's a shame Brian. I did wonder if it had been taken down because of the current problems.

Home win for City, at last! Not the most inspiring of performances, but 3 points, Arsenal next!

It all makes for an interesting season. 3 Yorkshire clubs in the top six. Gary Monk has certainly turned your team round, they're the real deal now although I had to say that with gritted teeth😬

Glasgow Celtic are as usual, miles above all the other Scottish teams in the competition for the silverware .

They are a rich club and can buy top quality players.

Friends of mine, avid Celtic fans, are even commenting on how boring it is to continually be the winner against all those other teams in the Scottish league.

One huge fish in a small pool of minnows does not make for interesting competition.

    Cheers.................K

Great game today at the Etihad. Thought City were going to get walloped again when we went down 1.0 early in the game, but no! 2 goals in the 2nd half gave us a much needed 3 points. So back to 2nd in the league, until tomorrow's B.D. derby of course!

Only  heard  today  that  A. P.  got  a  3  Million  pound

redundancy  pay-off,  so  perhaps  the  P45  was  a

welcome  Christmas  gift  after  all     !!

Massive crowd expected at the John Smiths tomorrow. Unfortunately it won't include me as although I'm a bit more mobile I won't be able to manage all the steps to our seats at the very back of the stand. UTT

Well  the  Alex  gained  a  valuable  point  coming  back

from  one  down  against  some  Northern  Team ( Sorry

if  that  upset  any  family  members  Goldie  embarassed  but

    we've  had  a  very  poor  run  lately  !! )

I  also  noted,  somewhat  to  my  amazement  surprised,  that

there  will  be  no  groans  from  Moulesy  or  any

other  fans  Roving  round  the  Bristol  area  today  laughing!!

Four wins on the spin for the mighty Terriers. The first time they've managed this feat in a long, long time! Also the first time this season that they've come from behind to win a match! If only the Royals hadn't won as well we'd have moved up the table ah well can't have everything.

Yes, I should have mentioned our demolition of the mighty Coventry City ( with their new manager, previously rejected by some team I durst not mention!) Good to see the lads back on form, although I missed the game -Mrs M chose a week down in Cornwall rather than my suggestion of a spot on the EastTerrace, can't even get back for the next ritual humiliation of Wimbledon next week!

Ought to add that I do feel slightly (but not very!) sorry for Accrington Stanley (who are they?). Denied automatic promotion by Lee Brown's last minute of the season goal, then dumped in the play offs and now only just above the "off to the conference" spots. Sad to see.

Another three points yesterday 17 from a possible 21 over the last 7 games. The Terriers now have 46 points so far this season having scored only 51 all last season. Happy days 😃

And my team Hull City have just sacked Mick Phelan, makes you wonder if it to avoid spending any money in the transfer window whilst the owners are trying to sell the Club.

My thoughts entirely, SELL.  MP could have done a good job if he hadn't had his hands tied behind his back by the Allams. Even if they get a half decent replacement, I can't see things improving anytime soon.

If they're not careful Hull City could become the new yo-yo club in much the same way that West Brom used to be. Do you think they'll do any business in the transfer window?

Get well soon, Brian - don't think we're finished yet. Just the day Mrs M persuaded me there were too many jobs to be done for me to go!
