    Great news for you HD.

    Enjoy your final concert David.🎹🎼

    Happy birthday for tomorrow Goldie🎂🥂

Have to say WN I was probably more excited 😊 although we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience.  When we left there were already 20+ coaches from all over the country parked up.  So popular as ever

Home today, noted that all the council hedges around ornamental garden that is on our boundary had been nicely cut,and a note through our door hoping they were now more tidy after our report, just that it was not what we had reportedsurprised it is the council  hedge on our other boundary that is what was reported as  the roots are damaging our wall, that has not been touchedyell

I've  just  found  my  latest  issue,  i.e.  January 2019,  of  my  favourite  Steam  mag  has  arrivedlaughing  --  With  about  8  pages  of  Christmas  Wishes  in  it  surprised--  These  always  contain  the  dates  of  the  next  lot  of  rallies  AND,  AND,  AND  The  New  Club  Sites Guide  is  here  as  well   BOOM BOOM  !!  So  I  can  now  start  building  a  List  For  ABM on  Tour  again.innocentcool.  Even  if  the  Snow  Falls,  The  rivers  freeze 'n flood  Brian's  got  loadsa  work  on  to  keep  him  in  the  warm  &  close  to  the  occasional  mince  pie  &  cuppa.

I  somehow  think  Huskypup  is  even  chirpier  than  Brian  is  right  now,  just  hoping  we  both  get  our  wishes  very  soon  wink.

    Hope  you  all  are  getting  into  the  mood  now  --  putting  dusters  and  vacuums  away  and  out  with  the  nutcrackers  { all  polished,  oiled  &  de-rusted by  now  cool }  I've  delivered  all  Family  Prezzies  to  the  Collecting  Point ( Aged  Sis's  front  room ),  All  shopping  done  so  I  only  have  to  go  outside  to  top  up  the  bird  feeders  until  Boxing  Day  when  I'll be  out  to  feed  wild  ducks 'n geese  for  a  change  {  no  bread  involved  tho'  --  a  proprietary  mix  titled  Dukgoo  if  you  believe  it  }

That’s it - every room tidied and cleaned (how long will they stay that way?), three downstairs rooms decorated and lighted trees in four of the bedroom windows.

All presents ready to hand out - and we've had some delivered to us!

I love having a big house, but it has to be a special occasion to clean it all!

    Quick CT catch up,

Triky so sorry to read you won't be able to get to the IOW, but hope you have a good Christmas at home instead, and can get away early in the new year.

Great news re the shop Husky. smile

Glad you enjoyed the show Oneputt.

    Happy Birthday Goldie smile

My week has been busy with work, making sure everything is done before the Christmas break. Did find time to wrap the pressies today, glad that's done.

Feeling brighter this morning thankfully. Looking forward to our trip. It's very mild so think what I'd thought I'd wear will be too warm, so off for a rethink. Won't be shedding much as forecast is for a wind 😉

Good to hear you are feeling better B2.

Enjoy your day Goldie, the detail on the cake is amazing, a clever friend.

I stayed up late watching Mary Berry's Christmas last night, I remember all those Delia programmes but I really enjoyed watching the various guests joining in the cooking.

What a great cake, Goldie. Who gets to eat you though? Good day, 21/12 to have a birthday. My parents got married on the day you were born.smile

Endured the chaos of Tesco this morning. Survived intact. Sorting out filing cabinet for year end paper shredding. So much junk.

Going for a stroll first though.

I was dragooned into accompanying OH to Sainsburys this morning. Fortunately she made it to the checkout before my anaesthetic wore off.

Horrible start to the day .....  raining all through the night and still at it when we got up. Luckily there was no wind to speak of, so got out wearing wellies and brolly with Flyte, so I didn't get wet. It had eased up somewhat as we got packed up but was still raining a bit when we go to our new site. All set up now till after Christmas, and it looks as if it will be not too bad weather wise, fingers crossed.

What a lovely cake, Goldie. It looks almost too good to eat. Happy Birthday.

Totally exhausted. This past week has seen son's bowel blocked  leading to a blues and twos dash to the hospital. drips, ventilation, oxygen and antibiotics ensued. Looks like he might get out tomorrow if he passes the physio tests!

Christmas has pretty much passed us by as we have so wrapped up supporting him as he has special needs. Apart from the nurses who stuck a CD player full blast The only problem they only had one CD!

Deepest  Sympathy  there, Robsail.  There  is  always something  that  crops  up  at  the  most  awkward  of  times.  Hope  all  turns  out  ok  and  you  can  at  least  relax  somewhat over  the  holiday !!

    Don't mind if I do Husky, 😀.

All concerts successfully done and dusted.  Last but one practice done this evening, so just one practice and church services left.  Off to Asda to do some shopping soon - I always leave it to after midnight to avoid all the shoppers.  It means negotiating the shelf stacking staff, but I don't mind that.  They always seem in good humour at 1-2am..  😀😀😀
