My wife often teases me about my pictures that have what appears to be a dot in the sky-how she sees most of my pictures of planes so these are my answer.
Taken during a display where you could look down on the singletons as the passed each other so wont be seeing the like again.

The only campsite I know on Battlements is at Langres but I am not sure I have that right as I don't recognise the cone shaped building but it was a long time since we were there!

AD, We were 11years after you, 2002 but we only stayed 3 nights on what was then a very small site. They were just thinking of building a new wider road into Malaig from Arisaig. (now finished and bypasses the lovely beaches) I remember having a wonderful bowl of Cullen Skink sat outside a hotel/pub in Arisaig. We had intended to get the ferry across to Skye but hadn't realise they didn't run on Sundays so we drove there instead via the bridge.

Yes, indeed. It was our first return a couple of years ago, since the horrendous flood. Still lovely.

One of the others is Cornwall PD. It’s the Fowey Estuary, taken from just above Dawn French’s house. The other is further North, Berkeley Castle.
