Has anyone visited this site and had problems with barking dogs, screaming from the adjacent site and motorcross bikes racing in the nearby Wareham Forest, I understand the site is next to the Dorset County Council Gypsy and Traveller site.
We usually tour Europe end of Aug/Sept and never book sites ahead of time, just moving on when we want. Can we do the same touring Scotland? Want to visit Edinburgh and then move on. Not fans of wild camping so still want to be on sites. Advice appreciated.
I will be spending 6 nights on this site in September and wondered if any members had any experience of the local transport eg train and bus.
