Hi All, Is anyone else having trouble getting to talk to someone at Mayday? I'm trying to upgrade my renewal. The system said 30min wait at lunchtime so I selected call back - that came 2 hours later when I couldn't answer. I've now been on hold for 1hr 40min with no sign of anyone answering. Ta Andy
Just reading the June/July mag and on page 13 there's reference to a competition to enter a draw for a new caravan. Studiously entered the web address shown but all that comes up is a page telling me I appear to be lost! Anyone else having this problem?
