Mayday contact issues - no-one at the call centre?

Hi All,

Is anyone else having trouble getting to talk to someone at Mayday? I'm trying to upgrade my renewal.

The system said 30min wait at lunchtime so I selected call back - that came 2 hours later when I couldn't answer.

I've now been on hold for 1hr 40min with no sign of anyone answering.
