Need help building a campsite for 3 RV's.
Any resources to find out how to do this well? We have a property in Wexford and would like to put in parking and camping facilities for 3 RV'sto begin with, but want to dothis right so it is desireable and efficient.

Assuming you mean a Certified Location this might be helpful.

As you’re in the ROI, I’m not sure how relevant advice coming from the UK will be. You’ll need to suss out rules, regs, laws regarding such a venture in your country.
However, as a very minimum people in this country need a fresh water supply, somewhere to empty chemical toilet waste and somewhere to dispose of rubbish. Provision of electric hook up, toilets and showers is desirable for many but not essential for others. A good flat surface is must have with no chance of getting bogged down in mud.

When you use the term RV I am not sure if you are using as a generic reference to motorhomes or the big American type RV's? I only mention this as if it is the latter obviously access could be more difficult? I know you hardly get a shower of rain in Ireland but firm under pining's is essential so something like a gravel base should be seriously considered. Fresh water and waste water disposal both grey and black would be a useful addition. If your idea is along the lines of a European Aire then that would probably be enough. Electrics might be a nice to have but as most vanners touring in such fashion generally are self sufficient in power so not essential. Unless they either exist already or would be easy to achieve I am not sure I would bother with toilets and showers. What you provide and what your customers might find acceptable could depend on the price charged per night. Good luck with your venture.

It's not in the UK, @Vulcan, so not relevant I’m afraid.

Have you got planning permission?

Is it needed in Eire?

@Gassmanns you could try contacting this Club for help and advice…..
Good luck with it. There’s a Motorcaravaners Club as well, but I think it’s more for those with Outfits rather than a pitch provider.

Thank you all, several suggestions look very helpful. There is a concrete base there. Water and and electric are already there because there has been a mobile home for seven years. I have been told sewage isnt vital because there is a place to dump nearby. Grey water can be directed to a large kitchen garden if it is clean, grey.
