Just shows how much the so called DG cares about the membership who use the forum or the portrayal of the club to prospective new members. After 48 years membership if the there is no improvement by September then I am out and will no longer contribute to his salary.

YES, this fault plus others have been going on long enough and had plenty of notifications to the relevant department. Either the DG is kept in the dark of the problem or the department and the DG just brush it under the carpet and think members will give up, well not me.

Obviously you no longer have need of the positives CAMC offers. Otherwise, you’d simply use a different forum as others do.
Have you tried writing to Nick Lomas to enlighten him?

Sadly they just keep on! Latest activity especially.
Thank you DavidKlyne who used the test posts until he'd done enough to start a new page. Of course that means you need access to the actual thread. My open tab still attracted server errors, but when i got the latest activity to load i opened a new tab and fingers crossed....
it's happening on other areas of the website - certainly doesn't create a professional approach 😪

Leave the club if the cost/value of it isn't right for you, or the sites and their facilities are not being kept to their usual high standards, or wardens not being their usual friendly and professional way, or the site booking system doesn't work, or anything else actually affecting one's holiday
But leaving because one can't post on the forum and/or the DG is perceived to not give a care doesn't seem the most important reason to me.

To leave solely over the performance of the forum is rather cutting your nose off to spite your face in my opinion but it’s your call🤷🏻♂️

I reckon that they have just given up trying to improve the access to the forum as the problems are too difficult or expensive for them to sort out.

I still cannot access the UK booking system, either on website, or the App. Being trying for four days now, it buffers constantly, the comes up error and website has crashed. I’ve tried logging out, logging back in, cleared all my cookies, checked set up and preferences, cleared my history, turned off then on again…..zilch. Live chat is just a useless bot. Email I sent two days ago hasn’t had a response. Terrible customer service. I feel a one star Trustpilot kick in the smug area might be imminent🤔
