Anybody else experiencing problems contacting Brittany Ferries? Amended a booking yesterday which eventually went ok having imported the old booking to the new system - very ‘clunky’ though, Preferred the old website.

Today, I get an email informing me my balance is due asking me to add payment details via ‘manage my account’. After logging in to my account there is no such option. I’ve phone 0330 173 7337, no answer after 30mins, and 0330 159 7000, constantly engaged!  🤬

    We made a booking last week and amended it on Monday, no problems and in fact I thought the whole process was very easy.

    Thanks, tried that earlier - response promised within 10 days! Given up for the day, can’t stand the musak any longer.. 🤪

    We have a final payment due at the end of March and as the credit card has changed went online to try and update it. I also couldn't find any way to do it. As its not due for another month I decided to wait and ring them closer to the date. Hopefully they will be answering their phones a bit quicker by then.🤞

    I've contacted them a few times using Twitter, they usually respond within 24 hours.

    Website account function is now down due to ‘technical problems’. BF obviously know they have a problem.

    I am having the same problem. I searched "my account" to no avail looking for "confirm payment". Then I tried the phone; waited for 45 minutes; gave up, then tried again a couple of hours late and gave up after another 45 minutes. Yesterday the phone lines were permanently engaged. I also emailed existing.bookings and got the 10 day reply, my payment is due in 5 days for a booking at the end of April. My return crossing payment is due on the day I am sailing to Spain at the end of April; that should prove interesting to sort out if things don't improve.

    Whilst hoping that posters get their problems sorted it does put a different perspective to the, often posted, feeling that booking direct is the way to go.

    My booking became due for payment today and suddenly a new button appeared next to the "edit" button. The new button is labelled "make payment" and pressing it takes you straight to "enter card details". Perhaps if this button appeared when the emails were sent out, there wouldn't be a problem regarding how to make the payment.
