Twenty minutes waiting on phone for membership

Waiting twenty minutes on the phone to renew membership and when I finally got through they could not take my payment.

    I renew my membership automatically by direct debit, no need to phone or contact the club in any way.

    Welcome to the world of covid19 and the repercussions, with many staff not able to be at work but working from homesurprised

    I have had the same with other companies with staff being working from remote locations (homes)frown

    I also do mine by direct debit. However, if you go into your profile and click on My Membeship, there is an option to renew membership online.
