Caravan Club Oversees Site Night Vouchers

Forgive me if this matter has been discussed previously but I have eight 2019/2020 Oversees Night Vouchers (worth about £160) which I'd planned to use this summer which all expire at the end of this year. These were purchased as part of the bookings for two oversees trips in 2019 (one to France in May 2019 the other to  Spain starting on 28th December 2019).

We had thought we might be able to get to France for a week or so in the Autumn but it looks very doubtful now. I've tried to contact the CAMC by phone several times without success.

I thought they might extend the user dates to 2021.

Has anyone managed to get some definite info  on these vouchers. Cant even give them away as they have my name on them.

    I got in touch with a staff member through the 'Chat' as I also have vouchers that are due to expire at the end of this year. 

    The member of staff wasn't sure so got in touch with her manager, who in turn emailed me. The outcome was that I was to send in my vouchers with the reference that was provided on the email and they (club) would issue me with new vouchers valid until the end of 2021. 

    That was about a month ago, so far I've had nothing back but I was warned that it might take awhile.

    Oh that's good. I will do the same. The ones we had for the Spain booking were not intended for use by us until after we'd left Portsmouth on the 28th December so they were only valid for 1 year + 3 days!! Also Bonterra Park where we were heading don't take the vouchers despite being listed in the Caravan Club oversees voucher. We were hoping to use them there!!

    I too used live chat and got full refund on vouchers.

    Just heard today that the vouchers have been reissued and should be with us in a few days. smile

    Thanks all. I've emailed the appropriate contact and just waiting for a reply. I did try using the live chat but was asked to email because they were so busy.

    Pleased to say have had a reply from CAMC with instructions for exchanging vouchers for 2020-21 dated. Have posted the vouchers today. Was told would probably take a week or so to process.

    I assumed that I would get replacement vouchers for 2020-2021 but I've had an email saying I shall receive a refund ! Is that what happened to you.
