Club Response
Having cancelled my June holiday the club were unable to deal with my ferry booking as BF had not at that time set out their sailings after May 15. I attempted to contact the office on Monday and was advised to book a call-back. It is now Wednesday with still no call.
I appreciate the magnitude of the club's task but would just like to know if anyone has been 'called back'?

Thanks for timetable update but my question was aimed at getting some reassurance that the 'call back' system is operating!
As I said before the system is under stress like never before and I am prepared to wait but two days and growing is testing my confidence!!!
A call today indicates that no new calls are being taken, from this I assume hopefully that the 'call back's are fully occupying the staff.

Not surprised with no call back.
Book direct with actual Operator would be my view. When there is trouble do you want to await a call back again ?
Woeful CMC service during last lockdown in March in Spain & France.
Latest furlough scheme is a Gold standard excuse for poor service from lots of organisations.
