    We have cancelled our holiday in France for May/June 2020.

    Deposit lost !   

    Even if we are able to travel abroad this year I don't think its worth the risk.  I will avoid France Spain and Italy for the next  12 months at least

    Lot's of nice place at home to visit if sites re-open .

    Just read an article that between the third week in March and for 4 weeks afterwards, 545 Privately Owned Jets flew into this country, most of them from highly infected countries, and about 700+ have left the UK, so obviously the Stay At Home instructions do not apply to the rich. There is no report about anyone being tested either.

    I just wonder how many of those in March were from ski resorts in Italy, Switzerland and Austria.

    Yes, I think that any foreign travel this year is going to be hard to accomplish. Mrs WN and MiL usually go to Madeira in December. I can see that might be back on but whether they'll want to go is another matter.

    Business continues and deals still need to be done. That’s a tiny number of flights in the scheme of things. I don’t subscribe to the blame culture nor to hitting out at easy targets.

    Private aircraft? does that include "chartered?"
