The February Magazine Issue

Our mag arrived yesterday. The paper wrapper (aka envelope) was ripped and the inserts were starting to drop out. That’s a plus point, I guess.😄

Agree in principle fully but would that lead to a loss in advertising revenue? I am sure someone posted that it pays for itself?

My February issue has still not been delivered so yesterday I thought I'd click the widget thingy for 'Live Chat'
It was explained to me there were delays due to the new environmentally cover and that perhaps delays were further increased by the current inclement weather conditions.
Whilst the subject for those affected is very real and distressing and all those concerned have my deepest sympathies - postman Pat is still filling our letterbox daily with all the usual drivel, just nothing from CAMC.

Ours arrived today, unfortunately a bit on the dampside with contents hanging out. I don't think the paper is man enough for the job! Bring back the plastic wrapper I say

Who can tell? The only thing I can say is that on one Facebook group dozens are complaining about the paper wrapper. None of us want something that can't be recycled but there is a bit of evidence that in very wet condition the wrapper seems to be vulnerable. Perhaps they should have waited until the summer months when hopefully it will a bit dryer?

Not just in the wet, David. See my post on pg4.

Doesn't your postie walk the round visiting all the houses?

No wonder your post isn't soggy!

It’s only been the one item packed in an inferior wrapper that was damaged.🙄

I suspect where we live the postie does several estates on his designated round. Each estate seems to have its own bundle, in house number order and such bundles are carried by the postie which is why they get wet!
