Crit'Air Application
Hi there. I am new to motorhome life so hope this question has not been asked too many times! I am applying for my Crit'Air "sticker" on the appropriate French website as the French anti-pollution legislation appears to be becoming more widespread outside the obvious cities. Under vehicle options it only gives options for private cars or commercial types of vehicle. My Euro 6 motorhome is under 3500 kg so would anyone know whether I call it a private car - bit reluctant to tick the option for it being a commercial vehicle! Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Did mine a couple of years ago and I'm afraid I can't recall. Nowadays my attention span makes a goldfish look like a chess grand master.

Like Cyberyacht I applied for mine a while back, but don’t recall having any problems. There are some guidance notes (simulation) on the website which correlate the online form with the relevant entry on your V5. If you’ve got a Euro 6 (which you have) it doesn’t seem to matter whether you enter private car or light commercial, in both cases the certificate generated is the yellow “Crit 2”, which is the same as mine, also a sub 3500kg Euro 6 vehicle.
