Recommendation Camping du Viaduc Millau

Thought we'd like a change from Les Rivages, so trying du Viaduc. Really nice site, have a view of the Tarn, 13 euro with ACSI plus 2 for a comfort pitch. But most importantly one of the nicest welcomes we've received in a long time. All facilities open this early in the season. And, they will even deliver our bread to the caravan in the morning!!! Definitely worth a mention for those heading this way.

Good to know as just booked here yesterday to visit this coming September after a less than auspicious start when their web site failed.

Spoke to a lady there who was very pleasant, all good to go now.

Will be asking for Club Together for over night stop suggestions. Coming via Channel Tunnel with a car and tourer so thinking somewhere between Orleans and Bourges.

Camping Robinson in Bourges is nice and handy.   Not too far off the motorway either.

We always stay at Les Erables (next to Viaduc), a short walk from the bridge. New owners took over a few years ago and it has to be one of the best kept sites we have stayed on. Neat low hedges around each pitch and immaculate facilities. Reception open all day; unheard of for the French!

We stayed at Du Viaduc  in mid May. Great site and staff very helpful. My satnav was missing French maps so owner let me use laptop behind reception to download the required content and update my satnav. It took 13 hours over a very slow network.
