..and this is the point Ive raised several times....in fact, someone even mused about 'tail wagging dog' when noting that, to a degree, staffing levels are contributary to a 'fixed' arrivals program....
despite some mentioned sites having larger turning areas (why would you want to turn around having arrived....?) or whatever, it still requires staff to check folk in earlier than 'the norm', so how do these sites do it?
more staff? different grass cutting/toilet cleaning regime?
something must be different, so if it can happen there....?

I am gratified to find out that I am so popular that there are a handful of you so interested in the minutiae of my excellent contributions that you are pleased to share times and dates so that others can benefit from my wisdom.
