How's your footy team doing?

Well we can now concentrate on trying to survive in the greedy league.
My team played very well yesterday but couldn't score, I'll bet Man U don't feature in many matches where they have much less possession, fewer shots on goal and less corners but still win.
I was disappointed with the attendance but those who were there certainly provided a good atmosphere.
Now it's onto the Baggies next week for another 6 pointer.
Well done to the Alex, you weren't dreaming in bath Brian.
You should have enough to beat Wigan Pliers, Griggs or no Griggs

Not your night tonight, Pliers!!

And now the Mighty City crash out to Lowly Wigan !!
And what a tremendous battle it was -- This is what the F.A. Cup is all about. And should anybody repeat the request for Replays ( which I know this wasn't ) to be abandoned in favour of extra time & penalties at the first meeting then I'll ,, ,, ,, ,, ,, ,, ,, ,, and shoot 'em afterwards !!

Never mind Pliers you're still in the other three competitions. I thought their defence played a blinder and Grigg does what he does best, one good chance one goal . It was nice of Walker to flick it on for him though.
Who knew that the referee was a magician, I could swear that the card he took from his pocket was yellow but by the time he waved in Delph's face it had changed colour to red!

Certainly wasn't!
A really good cup game though, just a shame about the chaos at the end 😱
Splendid rendition of "Will Grigg's on fire" from the Wigan fans, good luck to them in the next round!
And Rochdale v Wigan final? Both teams play good football, so, why not ⚽️⚽️⚽️

The mighty Arsenal are going to thrash City in the final tomorrow, it’s going to be 2 or 3 nil easily.
Dont think City will score, nice easy victory for the Gunners.
Henry will poss score them all, all assisted by Dennis the menace, Jennings to keep a clean sheet, Chapman will be proud to hold the trophy up high...
mmzzzzz...ugh... the alarms ringing, time for work..

Just back from Wembleeee. No we haven't been stuck for 15 hours in the M6 roadworks, we stayed over for 2 nights!
City aren't playing as well as before Christmas, but still managed to beat a half hearted Arsenal team. Great weekend away 😊
