French Emissions

Looking for some guidance. Applying for my French emissions vignette and not all the information required on the online form is on my V5. Mainly the emissions data which was not a factor in 2009 when our van was registered.  Anyone come across this issue and if so how did you rectify it.  Thanks in advance.

    If the info is not shown they use the date of first registration to decide the category.

    how long do they last, do they have to be renewed every year.

    The French Emission Sticker, like it's German equivalent, is a once only buy and does not need annual renewal.
