Grass pitch prices

Sorry to say this Nicky, and no reflection on yourself as an employee, but I do not for one moment believe the reason given for the club in not rolling out the booking of pitches. I was surprised that the club did a trial in the first place as I never believed that there was any intent to bring in the booking of hard stand or grass.

Yes, and we have used all three mentioned. Tewkesbury was fine when we were there recently.
The problem we had at Godrevy was not just a lot of rain before we arrived, but the bare mud of the pitches due to non enforcement of the "lifting groundsheets" rule.

Dunnet and Godrevy are similar in that they are both based on sandy soil behind dunes so they drain quickly.
Marazion is also all grass - a lovely site.

How long is it since you have seen these pitches? The reason I asked was that I have had a walk around the site and I can't see any reinforced pitches. The grass pitches I have seen are in generally good condition but I can't see any evidence of them being reinforced? If its been a while since you have been here perhaps they have been converted to hardstandings?
