    It's nothing to do with idleness  ...... it would be completely impractical to block a site entrance with vehicles while people saunter round a caravan site looking for their perfect pitch.

    the 'queue' will never have more than one or two vans there

     

    What I find on 90% of the Uk sites that I arrive at just after midday
