Oi
Sitting in my awning in the Loire-Atlantique with the pitter patter of the rain, not good enough! I could have done this in Cornwall at half the price, at least the surf forecast is good

Are you committed to the site you're on? Can you not watch the weather forecast and move to an area that is dry?
Sitting in the garden in Essex and the sun feels like I've opened the oven door, after it peaks out from the slight cloud cover. Breezy too so probably some good surf at the coast 😉

I was very sensitive towards returning caravanners as I sat in the queue at Portsmouth, waiting for the Govt's increased security checks to take place.
Seem to remember someone who wishes to be nameless, not so long ago, sacking a load of Border Security bods. Now we haven't enough of them apparently!!!!

It was forty-seven (yes, that's right) degrees on our roof terrace yesterday, and too hot even for me - a sun worshipper. Stick it out where you are Cody, or move somewhere just a bit further south where the weather map shows a better forecast.

I take it that it would have been ok to mention frogs and rain in the same post if it had been about caravanning in the UK.

I am not sure what useful purpose this thread is providing? Whilst I didn't edit the title I can see why it was. Perhaps a reminder to posters not to start threads where the title is unclear or could be misinterpreted. This thread is now closed.
Thanks
David
