Facebook and CT for everyone

Hannah thank you for this response.
With regard to your second paragraph I believe even those of us who have no IT expertise, I am certainly one of those!, realise this. BUT from what we can gather from previous communications the Web upgrade was long planned and was delayed by 18 months to two years and when it was rolled out last December it appeared to lack robust end user testing. Despite CT asking questions about testing etc we have been deafened by the lack of response.
Please, as a club, acknowledge our frustration and continued questioning. We will only be satisfied when we receive answers or see the results of actions. Neither of which are overly evident as far as I have seen since the website 'upgrade'.
Please do not take this personally it is not meant that way, you are merely the messenger. Maybe a decent statement from IT with an apology to website users and CL owners together with expected complete fix time would allay our feelings that things are not improving and that the club do care about and value their members . It is fairly plain that there have been some very large teething issues which some 6 months later haven't been resolved 😲

Once again a response in around 24 hours to FB post poster comment Sunday, yesterday, 1054 reply today, Monday, around noon. There has been a thread running on CT since 18 April about signage which has not attracted a single staff comment!
Q Love the Caravan Club... whatever it's called! But really can't find words to say how much I dislike the new logo, it certainly doesn't make it any easier to find the site entrance when you no longer recognise the logo, the name, the colours or the new 'branding'!
A Hi Ann. Thanks for your feedback (& glad you still love us!) We are collating all the comments about signage being hard to see from the roadside and feeding it back to our Regional teams. We know the logo will become as recognisable as the old one in time but we also need to consider if signage is in the right place. Many thanks ~Helen
Yet we are still told CT is valued and treated equally.
