    Hello 

    Travelling towards Colmar from Rotterdam in a few weeks and interested in 2-3 nights in or near the city.

    any recommendations (even if to avoid) would be appreciated for stopover.

      Camping Kockelscheuer served the purpose for us - with a bus from the gate into town.

      In 2013 we stayed at Alzingen and caught the 192 bus into town. There's a cycle path into the city, but you still have climb up the hill.

      +1 for Alzingen which is ACSI.

      We found facilities immaculate and bus from site into Lux City plus Alzingen pleasant with large supermarket within walking distance.
