Can't help you with that one, sorry. But Camping municipal Eure et Seine at Pont de l' Arche is respectable and reliable. It's 12 miles south of Rouen and there is a useful bus service into the city if you find you have a day to spare.

Eure et Seine is a good stop over, not particularly large but pitch size fine and the town is across from the campsite some pictures here http://www.davidklyne.co.uk/camp%20eure.html
Perhaps not so convenient but near to Rouen at Jumieges http://www.davidklyne.co.uk/camping_de_la_foret.htm
A bit further south just north of Chartres is http://www.davidklyne.co.uk/camping_les_ilots_de_st_val.html
This is another riverside site at Les Andelys http://www.davidklyne.co.uk/camping_iiles_des_trois_rois.html

Camping St Nicholas. Lovely site about 3 miles off the main A28 south west of Rouen. Don't miss the huge pot of mussels and frittes on a night with a beer!

I like the website for that Camping St Nicholas which says you are welcome to come in at any time between 8 am. and 8 pm. What a difference from Club sites here!

Two sites to definately avoid like the plague are Les Terraces at Igoville and St Pierre de Vauvray. Both have terrible approaches when towing and you really need a 4x4 to get up the site road at Igoville. Madame is a real horror when you do arrive - she doesn't understand the word welcome!
At St Pierre the TGV runs right alongside and the vibration and noise feel as though you are on the tracks.

Saint-Claire is a nice site but very popular as a night halt. Don't arrive too late, even out of the main season.

Deffo agree with David Les Anderlys "illes des trois rois stayed here three or four times, get a riverside pitch if poss, nice resturante and bar, and up above on the hillside, Richard the Lionhaerts family pile, quite impessive with the lights at night..

Pont de Arche or St Clair, both great sites. As has been said, don't arrive after 4pm even in June at St Clair, if you haven't reserved a pitch. There is a very useful supermarket for fuel, wine etc, within a mile of St Clair
