    I think I have managed to apply for one, Payment was taken and a receipt and number came by e mail.  Hopefully it will arrive before we leave home.

    Has anyone any idea how long it does take to arrive in the post?

    Mine took just about a week but I also received an email with a paper version of the sticker so that it can be used as a certificate if needed before the proper windscreen sticker arrives.

    As I understand it it is a one off and the sticker remains with the car if you sell it.

    I ordered mine but because we are over 3.5t I have no emission levels on my V5 so had to add my CofC to show engine Euro class. Again there was no vehicle category for motorhomes do due to weight I chose the truck busses over 3.5t etc expecting them to read the V5 & CofC & allocate a class 3 but they have actually allocated me a class 4 showing me as a coach! I've immediately emailed them to ask to clarify if this is correct as I should be a class 3 I think. No reply yet ☹️ But hope they will sort it all out. Regards Roy

    Our actual sticker arrived yesterday, 29th, so I thought that was really pretty quick.

    My sticker arrived today, class 4. Unfortunately no reply to my email querying the class allocated so I have sent it again in French this time. The letter with the disc was in English though so I am sure they have provisions for all the different languages so that should not have been the reason. Fingers crossd once again. Regards, Roy

    Ordered mine on 28/3 Yellow disc arrived in today's post with number 2 on it. Hope that's right. Thanks to all for guidance in application.

    Despite receiving confirmation of order  a few weeks ago still not received actual sticker!

    You can track your application under the Track Application option. You will need to provide the email that you provided for your application, the registration plate as well as the order number which should have been sent in your confirmation email. 

    Please note that you will need to allow up to 30 days. If you still haven't received anything after this time you can call their helpline that has English speakers on: 0033 (0) 800 97 00 33 (you will need to provide your order number) Also the phone lines are open 9.00 am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (French Time)

    Hi Deleted User User,

    I've had a few phone calls about the Tracking System not working properly it may be case that their systems have gone down. I would try again later today or alternatively try tomorrow morning. If you are still having problems contact the number provided and they will be able to check for you. 

    We have provided feedback to the department responsible for the forms and hopefully this will be taken onboard. I understand that a number of other motoring organisations across the continent have been inundated with enquiries so hopefully things will change for the better.

    Having sent a second query, in French this time I did get a reply but it was a lift from their web site not an answer to my question relating specifically to me. They did say if I needed more information I would need to reply with my V5 again, so I suspect they did not have access to my original application.

    I am hopeful they can confirm what class a motorhome fits into as they have allocated me a class 4 disc, for a coach, but when I read their website it seems to tell me I am a class 3.

    I see the Club staff seem to be monitoring this, if so why hasn't the Club found out such information and variables specific to a significant number of our membership and posted them for all to see. On the web site there is no category for a motorhome anywhere.

    Martatin, I assume the disc is for your motorhome? What type of motorhome is it from this perspective and what class of vehicle did you enter from the web sites application process as there is not one for a motorhome. As you can see from above they gave me a class 4 disc. Regards, Roy

    My Vehicle is a Chausson 510 so under 3.5. Think I chose light commercial under 3.5. But sent V5 so assumed they checked against that. Am I relying too much on them to get it right? Regards Martin

    Mine too, they must have been having a UK session!  That's 2 stickers on my screen now, this and the Umwelt.  Can't wait for Italy, Spain etc to introduce a similar schememoney-mouth
