Are you on a site? I ask because I had a similar problem when someone else was using their mover a couple of pitches along from us. Their handset was causing interference that made our mover behave in strange ways, most notably continuing to move when
I released all my buttons.0 -
Maybe try using the direct connection by wire - there should have been one supplied that fits into the handset and directly into the control box - would let you eliminate interference as a cause of the problem?

We have experienced radio interference affecting our mover but it has only caused it to cut out / stutter, never to carry on running when I released the button. That would be most worrying for us, as where we store the van is very tight and occasionally
we are affected by interference as there are a couple of transmitters nearbye.0 -
I have a very old Rhyno mover that was on the caravan when I bought it. It was very erratic - to the extent I though it would need replacing - but using the cable made a big difference.
If you do't have a cable I bought one of these here and it seems to work fine - cheaper than the £20 - £50 I have seen for replacement mover cables on dealer websites

That is not good news, Shevi. Some years ago now I was returning our van to the back garden when it just kept going after the button was released. It was about to reverse into the shed - with me as the meat in the sandwich - when I was able to operate
the isolator and bring it to a halt, with just inches to spare. Fortunately the locker door was down, providing very quick access. The matter was reported to the manufacturer immeidiately, and in fairness to them they could not have done more to investigate it. After much effort they suspected that rainwater may have penetrated one or more of the buttons on the handset (we never move
caravans in the rain, do we?!) so this was replaced, along with the box of tricks in the 'van - all under warranty.Whilst not wishing to identify the make of mover, they do have a reputation for excellent service and a no-quibble warranty - which in my case was proved beyond any doubt.
