No, it matters not one bit to most sensible folk, Sir B.

You're obviously not familiar with W & J, then? wink

    Hardly....

more like a case of Reasonable Ddoubt, I'd say....

however, I'll try to 'behave' more akin to 'the Accused'....

(watch out for a less subtle approach)wink

always always easier to say that than make a reasoned response . Saw it a lot with year 7, Less brain power needed.

No, they've been busy writing a review of the Brighton site and ......er......complaining about MHs and the way they're pitched. Honestly, you just couldn't make it up!  undecided

you know I always like to have a little play but, having been told I'm just an old head butter (and presumably not subtle in the least) I'm just fulfilling the brief.....

yes wow, they are now saying it is the habitation door that defines how you should park.

Our old misguided friend Ian used to say that too, maybe they are the same person?

Post edit: sorry that's a bit insulting to W&J

There is only one person you need to satisfy when pitching ,and that is the warden ,if he/she is happy then that's the end off cool

Wasn't that more or less the conclusion on page 1, when saying that on arrival the wardens tell you to either park nose in or nose out, or either O/S rear or N/S front to the peg?  It's becoming like Sunday Departures all over again, round and round and round......wink

It is! Thing is though that some folk cannot/don't want to accept that alternative configurations are allowed within the '6&3s'. They see it only from their own perspective or how it looks to their unit. They need to think outside the 'tin' box as the 'instructions' on the pitching diagramme suggests. All we need to do is ask!

Absolutely!  Whenever I've booked in (and I'm the one who does the initial booking, booking in on arrival and paying) the wardens have told me that we can either park nose in or out, and also, when I have asked for confirmation of it, to be absolutely sure, that we can park either O/S rear or N/S front to the peg.

I think that some people seem to get a kick out of criticising anything that doesn't "conform" to what is "correct" in their own minds.  It's a shame, as there may be times when they themselves may benefit from parking "the wrong way", in order to benefit from, for example, a nice view, rather than backing onto it and looking out onto rows off caravans/motorhomes instead.
