Couldn't get logged in this morning from my iMac until I tried from various screens and suddenly found myself able to log in. Now I can't log out. It doesn't seem able to fins some of the screens.

The last couple of days I have been unable to use the Log - In at the top of the page as it comes up with page not found. I have managed to log in by liking a post which if you are not logged in immediately sends you to the log in.

Managed to log in but some posts have huge blank gaps between them today.  Why is that??!  Rhetorical question!   It's quite difficult to read with loads of scrolling.  I'll try later.

It's difficult to understand what is happening because when I go to log in the site permanently remembers my details on my laptop, (not something I've changed at my end and I can't remove it.) I don't want this, the experience seems so varied across different devices, on my phone no details are retained but I'm not having log in problems either.

No problem logging in but the size of photos and spacing between posts seems to be changing, think that started yesterday

I also noticed the strange spacing on posts yesterday. I wondered if I had I changed the zoom level in my browser but other web pages seem OK. Perhaps it's something to do with the upcoming downtime? I will alert Rowena.

I've got both the login problems, and the large amount of spacing between posts.  Like David I've managed to login using a different route - but the spacing is odd. Strangely this is not on every thread!  This one is 'normal' but others have wide gaps between posts.

The wide spaces seem rather random. This thread had them when I went into it, but they disappeared when I refreshed the page.

    Hi everyone,

I'm so sorry you are having issues with this. I've reported this to the relevant team and they have been testing to see if they have any problems. Is it possible for you all to clear your cache to see if this helps or alternatively try logging in using the following address: https://www.caravanclub.co.uk/ (sometimes it can take the 'www' out which will still give you access to the website but can cause some problems. Let me know if you continue to have any issues.

    Many thanks.

Just cleared the cache on my browser and went to log out and still got Page Not Found message. Can log in by other means. This is using Windows 10 and Chrome.

Me too!  I tried to logout and got the Page Not Found (photo below), then tried to login again and got the same page.

The URL when this appeared was https://caravanclub.co.uk/caravanclubapps/applications/logout.aspx

The only way to get back in is to go to the discussions, 'like' a post or 'quote' a post and then I get the login box which allows me to login.

Thought I would try IE11 which I don't usually use much for Club Together and got in straightway with no "Page Not Found" flagged up, although surprised I can be logged in to two browsers at the same time!!!

Any time I have logged in today everything has been absolutely Tickety Boo. It might not be a fault in the the CMC software folks, it might just be you are using the wrong browser.  Or some device with an Apple logo. wink

I had the log in problem and the big spaces problem yesterday.  Today I could log in OK but still have the big spaces problem on some, but not all, threads.

    Using Safari.

Yes it started yesterday for me and has continued that way today. No trouble signing in but as the site's due to go down tonight I might have problems doing so on Sunday when it's back up and running.

For some reason the spacing problem is only on pg 2 of this post while pgs 1 & 3 are speced correctly....very strange!!!

For me, pages one and two are correctly spaced, page 3 has large gaps.  I'm using an Acer laptop, Windows 10, and Chrome.

Also the site seems even slower than ever!!

No problem with login but I also have large spaces between replies for the last couple of days.
