What route do they take?
I can't say I am ever so impressed with ACSI's service so far. I ordered the combi book, card and app on the 11th Jan, and whilst I am able to use the app, no sign of the book or card. As they stated up to 12 working days for delivery, I emailed them yesterday and today received the following reply.

We've sent out your books on the 13th of January. Normally the delivery time is about 2/3 weeks. Therefore, we expect you will receive the package soon. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
We hope we have informed you sufficiently.
Sent on the 13th really, and 2/3 weeks, are they doing a tour of Europe before coming to me. Strange thing is my account still says processing. 3 weeks is up on Friday so fingers crossed.

For a few £'s more and the convenience I order off the Caravan Club with the App being an option, received 2 days after ordering. Either way it's worth it, the outlay soon paid for and when it arrives it's the beginning of another adventure.
