    Such tragic news to read Kerry,,

    Wish I lived close to you both, then we could have a proper chat and hug. Like many on here, we have been in the same situalion, though not as early an age as yours.

    Yes, it really hurts, you have suffered a great loss, same as us all, but it will ease in time, believe me. We lost our last dog(Dusty) twelve years ago,we still "hear him" when certain noises occur, even with Alfie, (who is our world) we still hear Dusty. You will  hear Scooby all the time, think of the good times, and the bad times, in fact all of the times that you were together, it will help heal the hurt you both are feeling.

    So sorry to hear of your loss it is so awful to loose a pet let alone one so young.

    Thank you so so much Brian, so kind if you. We keep seeing her in the house and do things you automatically would for her which makes us sad. She was our world.

    Thank so much Dianne. She only turned 3 in November. Cancer was the last thing we expected back in June.

    So, so sorry to hear this news. I've just lost one of mine to cancer. You sent a lovely message to me back in Sept when it had just been diagnosed. 

    Its an awful time, especially as she was so young. I hope time will be a healer for you. Big hugs.
