Sunny all day here but very cold now.

Finally defeated the Stena Line website and managed to book a crossing for later in in the year. Booked a flexifare just in case we need to alter anything.

Now need to plan where to go.

Only one more trip still to book.

Thank you for the birthday wishes for Trevor. Spent a very enjoyable evening in the pub chatting to fellow caravanners. 😊

Damp morning, but we are off to spend the day with youngest son and his girlfriend,  the plan is to go to Altrincham as the market and food hall are very good. Then back to theirs for dinner.

Hope everyone enjoys the day and the birds appear for the big count, couldn't do it this year being away.😔

Certainly did, flew along the garden chasing starlings then came back to the ornamental cherry tree for a couple of minutes.  All normal birds back now.

Yes she was tired, Tammygirl but she seems to have recovered today now that all the work is completed. Also she was very happy with her shopping last night as she got a lot of reduced price deals at Tesco in Shoreham!

Yes but perhaps 4 hours was a bit too long. However, they let me go from work 15 minutes earlier which slightly lessened it. She had three bags full of shopping when I collected her and with there being less traffic at that time of night, it didn't take too long to get back to the site.

Do they take card payments at the market, H&T. If so, you could use Tesco Clubcard credit card and get 1 point for every £8 spend!

Started off bright but just grey mizzle now. Couldn't have been like that yesterday when I was driving home from Hailsham with the sun in my eyes most of the way back. That's the downside of sunny days this time of the year with the sun so low in the sky.

Mixed day here bright and sunny then showers, windy and dry at the moment though. Went through to see granddaughter play hockey this morning but by the time we got there mid morning her game was finished frown still we got to see her for awhile and gave her some tuck. She is going to stay overnight with one of her friends at her grannies house tonight, hope granny has some earplugs winklaughing

More sorting of stuff into the MH ready for our trip tomorrow. OH has got the car loaded with boxes going to youngest sons, we've been looking after them for the last 18 mths since they went out to Malta. We will be glad to get rid of them out of the attic, just another 2 or 3 to go next time he is up here.

Hope you enjoy Keswick TG, a short walk to Booth's supermarket from the site, a really good shop and all the local buses are just outside. We'll be there later in the year, meeting up with friends.

Yes horrible weather at the moment, cold, wet and miserable. Best to stay in Mr. Route and order a freshly cooked pizza from Pizza Hut and make me do the hard work of delivering it to you whilst you put your feet up in front of the telly!

Have just spent a lovely day with our youngest son and his girlfriend. Visited Altrincham market which is well worth a look if in the area. Crafts and food, the food hall is very popular and dog friendly, lots of different food stalls to choose from and beers, wine or coffee to wash it down.😉
