are there cl type sites in belgium

Hi we are wanting to go to Belgium next summer, we are hoping to go to a beach area, maybe between ostend and knokke but are open to suggestions, but we dont like big sites! does any one know of any smaller sites with electric( no need for sanitation as our
van has its own) or is there a sort of caravan club in belguim? Thank you
