Help!!! le havre or not

Lots of you have given us such good advice on our last post but my next question is Would you go to Le Havre or not??? I have been told (by a non-caravaner who is a travel agent on a cruise to le havre) not to go to this port as it is absolutely chaotic
but when we look at this it seems a very central port so advice from caravaners who have done this would be greatly appreciated !!!
