Avoiding unexpectedly tight roads abroad.

We are in an 8.5m Bessicar,  any advice on a possible Tom Tom update that would cover tight spots and warn of them? We only know of the hgv sat navs that warn of tight dangers ahead, anyone know of motor home settings or kits available? Cheers!
