crossing the pyrenees

We are taking the ferry to Santander and then heading to Carcassonne in our motorhome.  We would like to cross the Pyrenees without using one of the tunnels.

Any recommendation for a scenic route across the Pyrenees please?

    The Col de la Pierre St Martin is generally said to be the most scenic.

    That particular road has a series of recent videos on Youtube showing what it is like - and so do many of the other mountain roads down there too. Always worth a look before you decide.
