Calais port problems

hi all, we are due to use the dover calais return route and keep hearing conflicting info, has anyone got real updated info, we are told by the C&CC that all is ok and sailing operating normally with no problems as it only effect freight,but surely it must
be an intimidating situation, we are very wary that these wild cat stikes/migrant issues could leave us stranded in a volitile situation, we are thinking of postponing our journey, . are we being whimps,any update from members would be greatly appreciated,
