Loading POIs onto a Tom Tom Via 135

My previous Tom Tom Go had a very simple way to download points of interest via Tom Tom's website.  With our new Via 135 I cannot work out how to do it.  Can anyone offer any advice please about the best way to install independent POIs onto this device.
 I am trying to download and install Archies campsites for the whole of Europe.
