Helpful staff at CC

There is a lot of flak on this site (and others) directed at the CC. I'd just like to report that I spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable person (Katrina (sp?)) yesterday in the overseas travel section. I was puzzled by the prices I was getting from
the website for a split trip on Brittany Ferries (UK - Spain, returning France - UK) with camping cheques - Katrina explained very clearly what was happening, and went the extra mile by contacting Brittany Ferries and ringing me back.

A bouquet rather than a brickbat!
