Using microwave in Holland

Hi all, is it ok to use a microwave in Holland? I always use one in campsites in England. I know a lot of sites are 6 amp and that prob won't be enough but if I was on a 10 amp site would it be ok?
Also is there any food we're not allowed to take out with us?
