first time rent a caravan

Hi im jonathan from malta,  this year we planed a holiday totally different from our life style,  we are renting a caravan from venice  airport.

Our holiday are planned to be in the beautiful country slovenia,  but at the moment our biggest problem is that we don't know the routes, places,  caravan sites, cites etc,

Can some one help us solve this problem please?
