Stop over sites between Calais and Dresden

We are travelling via Calais to Dresden in August using the E34 & E331, we are looking for a stop over site about 1 hours from the tunnel crossing. We then have 4 days (3 nights) to get to Dresden. Can you suggest any good sites that are not far from the
main roads but near interesting towns or places of interest?
