Problems at Pet Checkin at the Tunnel
Just used the tunnel on the way home last week and had two problems. We have two dogs so had to go via the Pet checkin. The first problem was when we got to the pet checkin area the car park was full of workers cars, which had nothing to do with the facility.
It was mid week and very quiet so I just parked outside the office. This was a lucky break, as while I was inside the office with the dogs, two migrants tried to break into the caravan on the blind side. My wife saw them in the car mirror and called me. Luck
I was parked at the office and not out in the car park!!! No police , no security, no intrest by anyone!!
Once you have checked the dogs you go through the main checkin and of course there was eight UK security persons going through the motions. When I reported the incident to them I was told that they were always there ---- great!!!
