Overnight in Le Havre docks?
Hi all. I've tried but can't find a search facility, so if this has been discussed previously, my apologies. We've toured abroad before, camping and motorhoming, but this time we're taking the caravan, arriving in Le havre at 6.30 pm (early September).
I've read somewhere (but not recently) that there are facilities at the port to stay overnight - which seems very sensible rather than charging off into France as the day ends....
Can anyone confirm that this is true? Have you used it, and is it ok? Also, we're heading for Perpingnon, stopping overnight a couple of times 'cos there's just no rush really. I haven't started to plan a route yet, but suggestions as to routes and stopovers
from the knowledgeable and experienced bunch on here would be very welcome. And it's not just 'cos I'm being lazy, honest!!
