does the delftse hout site allow early arrivals?

Off to delft for the week, going from hull to rotterdam, so will be arriving on site probably mid morning.

Bit late now, but does anyone know if they allow early arrivals, especially as they will probably get a few uk arrivals from the overnight ferry that arrives rotterdam 0900, so even with an hour to depart, and hlf hour to site, that will be 1030 arrival.
